Pricing Information

Your private Morocco tour includes transportation via an air-conditioned car, all fuel expenses, and the services of your local driver/guide.

Cost will vary based on the following factors:

  • The number of people in the party – the more of your travelling, the cheaper the tour gets as you are sharing the cost of the car & fuel & driver (friends, family, and loved ones).
  • The number of days.
  • Hotels/riads – most of our accommodation is based on 3*/4*/5* riads and hotels, however luxurios acommodations is also available or even special luxury tents with private bathrooms in the desert.
  • The activities – camel trekking, sand boarding, skiing, air ballooning etc.
  • One way or return city travel (starting tour in one city and ending in a different one is more expensive).
  • Adult & Child prices available

This service is free and there is no obligation to reserve.

Confirmation & Payment

If you are interested to book a Morocco tour with us, we would raise a detail itinerary for you along with an invoice with payment details.

A 20% deposit is required at the booking of the tour; the balance is due at least 2 weeks before you arrive to Morocco, or at the beginning of the tour.

You can send us a wire transfer to our bank account ,we will provide the details depending on the easier method for you.

We accept also payments via PayPal.

You can also pay the balance upon arrival to Morocco – by cash in US Dollars, Euros or MAD.

Tours booked within one month of departure require full payment at the time of booking.

Alterations by you

If after we have confirmed a booking you require a change in dates we will do our best to meet your revised booking however any fees from cancellation or change in activity will be incurred by you.

Cancellation by you

1- Cancellation instructions must be made in writing via email and will be effective on the day we receive them. We will notify you on receipt of email.

2- Depending on when notification of cancellation is received the following charges apply:

Over 2 weeks: 20% of total cost of tour
Less than 2 Weeks: 100% of total cost of tour

3- We cannot give any allowance for refund for meals, transport or any other pre paid service when not taken when these are included in the activity price nor once the activity has started can we give any refunds for cancelling part of the holiday.
